The
Davis Agency was founded in 1924 by Roy E. Davis to serve the rural
clients of Peoria County for Medical and Life Insurance products. Over
the years between 1924 and 1950, Roy expanded the Agency into a
full-line Independent Insurance Agency. Roy was joined in 1950 by his
son Deane Davis. Deane focused on building the the Agency's life and
health business with companies like Peoria-based Illinois Mutual, CNA
and Aetna while also offering clients a full range of policies such as
Farmowners, Auto, Homeowners, and Business Insurance. Together, Roy and
Deane built a tradition in Peoria of personalized insurance service
with integrity and professionalism. In 1975, Todd Davis, the third
generation of Davis insurance men, entered the business with Deane and
for the next 20 years they worked together to provide high quality
insurance products and knowledgeable insurance service in all areas of
the insurance marketplace. Today, Todd and a well-trained staff serve
the insurance needs of over 10,000 local customers with all types of
insurance for personal, family, and small business needs.
